General Information

Out of a personal need to maintain our own family music and ministry websites, we also offer Homespun Web Design and Hosting Services for others.

Your website will be designed and/or maintained using Adobe's Dreamweaver® CS6, and hosted on commercial high-speed servers...with NO unsavory web activities.

General Rates

Web Design:

Two pricing structures are offered:  Hourly or "By-the-Page". You are free to choose which is best for your needs. A combination of both may also be incorporated.

Hourly Rate:  $35 per hour; changes and/or additions included. One hour minimum. Discounted 'bulk rates' are also available (see below).

Page Rate:  Web sites designed per page at the following rates:

New Site:  $150 for Homepage, $50 for each page thereafter; maintenance (changes and/or additions) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates (above & below).

Existing Site:  $50 per NEW page; maintenance (changes and/or additions to existing pages) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates (above or below).

Special ministry rates are available upon request.

Web Hosting:

Your site professionally hosted (*less Domain Name registration and/or renewal). I will also assist you in the development and support of your website in layman terms at the rate of $35 per hour (or on an 'On Retainer' basis).

Discounted Hosting Rates:

1 year – $100 prepaid
2 year – $180 ($90 per year – you save $20)
3 year – $240 ($80 per year – you save $60)
4 year – $280 ($70 per year – you save $120)
5 year – $300 ($60 per year – you save $200)

(* plus $15 per year for Domain Name renewal.)

Contract Rate:

Discounted Rates Available: Semi-Annual, Annual, 5 Year, Beyond...

Prepaid (Retainer) Rates for website maintenance & updates:

10 hour block for $325 ($32.50 per hour)

20 hour block for $600 ($30.00 per hour)

30 hour block for $725 ($27.50 per hour)

40 hour block for $1000 ($25.00 per hour)

Special rates are available upon request for qualified ministries.
