General Information

Homespun Web Hosting & Design came into being out of a personal need to maintain our own family websites.  As a result, I am able to offer my services to design & host your website, or help you develop your own.  Your website will be developed and/or maintained using Microsoft's FrontPage® 2002.  Sites are currently hosted on high-speed servers provided by eNom & WebMonster (neither of which allows any unsavory web activities).  Some of my currently hosted websites are listed below.

General Rates

Web Design:

Two pricing structures are offered:  Hourly or "By-the-Page".  You are free to choose which is best for your needs.  A combination of both may also be incorporated.  Let's talk.

Hourly Rate:  $25 per hour; changes and/or additions included.  One hour minimum.  Discounted 'bulk rates' are also available (see below).

Page Rate:  Web sites designed per page at the following rates:

New Site:  $100 for Homepage, $25 for each page thereafter; maintenance (changes and/or additions) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates above.

Existing Site:  $25 per NEW page; maintenance (changes and/or additions to existing pages) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates above.

Special ministry rates are available upon request.

Web Hosting:

Your site professionally hosted (including domain name registration and/or renewal).  I will also assist you in the development and support of your website in laymen terms at the rate of $25 per hour (or on an 'On Retainer' basis).

Discounted Hosting Rates:

1 year – $150 prepaid
2 year – $275 ($137.50 per year – you save $25)
3 year – $375 ($125 per year – you save $75)
4 year – $450 ($112.50 per year – you save $150)
5 year – $500 ($100 per year – you save $250)

Special ministry rates are available upon request.

Contract Rate:

Discounted Rates Available - Annual, 5 Year, Beyond - let's negotiate.

Prepaid (Retainer) Rates for website maintenance & updates:

  5 hour block for $112.50 ($22.50 per hour)

10 hour block for $200 ($20.00 per hour)

20 hour block for $350 ($17.50 per hour)

30 hour block for $450 ($15.00 per hour)

40 hour block for $550 ($13.75 per hour)
