General Information

Homespun Web Hosting & Design came into being out of a personal need to maintain our own family websites. As a result, I am able to offer my services to design & host your website, or help you develop your own. Your website will be developed and/or maintained using Dreamweaver CS4. (Although many previous sites were developed on Microsoft's FrontPage®). Sites are currently hosted on high-speed servers provided by HostMonster (which allows NO unsavory web activities).

General Rates

Web Design:

Two pricing structures are offered:  Hourly or "By-the-Page". You are free to choose which is best for your needs. A combination of both may also be incorporated. Let's talk.

Hourly Rate:  $25 per hour; changes and/or additions included. One hour minimum. Discounted 'bulk rates' are also available (see below).

Page Rate:  Web sites designed per page at the following rates:

New Site:  $100 for Homepage, $25 for each page thereafter; maintenance (changes and/or additions) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates (above & below).

Existing Site:  $25 per NEW page; maintenance (changes and/or additions to existing pages) billed at one of the agreed hourly rates (above or below).

Special ministry rates are available upon request.

Web Hosting:

Your site professionally hosted (*including Domain Name registration and/or renewal).  I will also assist you in the development and support of your website in laymen terms at the rate of $25 per hour (or on an 'On Retainer' basis).

Discounted Hosting Rates:

1 year – $100 prepaid
2 year – $180 ($90 per year – you save $20)
3 year – $240 ($80 per year – you save $60)
4 year – $280 ($70 per year – you save $120)
5 year – $300 ($60 per year – you save $200)

(* $10 per year for Domain Name renewal included!)

Contract Rate:

Prepaid (Retainer) Rates for website maintenance & updates:

10 hour block for $225 ($22.50 per hour)

20 hour block for $400 ($20.00 per hour)

30 hour block for $525 ($17.50 per hour)

40 hour block for $600 ($15.00 per hour)
